How to find free semaphores available

OS - RHEL
ipcs command shows an output like arrays and number of semaphores per array. How to properly read the ipcs -su and ipcs -sl commands output to determine the free semaphores available in the system?

Those commands tell you how many used you have, and show you the total....subtract the numbers. Also, since you're using RHEL, you can look up your answer in the Red Hat knowledgebase...you are PAYING FOR RHEL, RIGHT????
