how to enable internet servises on my pc

i am using rhel 5 in my pc can some one help me how i can enable the net connectivity on my pc

If this is your desktop system, RHEL probably isn't the distribution you want to be using. RHEL is more focused towards servers than workstations. That being said, it should already be enabled, what are you able or unable to do?
