How to enable a capability.

All,

I am working on setting up a RHEL Network Satellite Proxy. I get the below message from the portal, and am unsure how to resolve. Any ideas?

This system does not meet the following requirements:

The system must support the configfiles.deploy capability
The system must support the script.run capability

well google turns up nothing, I would be fairly sure this is covred in the installation guide - https://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/R...ide/index.html and as you MUST have RedHat support for the product, why not ask them?
