how to download and write repositories in ubuntu or kubuntu??

is there a way that i can download and burn the repositories in ubuntu?

You want to download the entire repository. That's about 400 GB of download. It would fill approximately 100 DVDs. You can mirror the repiository using anonftpsync, from the debain website: . The instructions are in the file itself.
