How to do full system recovery with cpio

Currently I am using Red Hat Linux (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-98), I have a full system backup in cpio format.

I want to recover the whole system in another
server with the identical hardware setup.

Since for the software on current server,
I lost my previous CD and there is no way I can
re-install via CDROM.

How do I do this ?
