How to determine the free Hard Drive space

Opensourcerers,

How can I determine the free space of my Hard Drive in X-windows...? what I mean is like in Windows where in you can just right-click click to see the free space or how can I view the hard drive itself? ...one more thing, how can I also view the free space in text mode? thanx!

X being your harddrive

As for GUI, I use KDE and its just

K > System > More Programs > KDiskFree

Or... open Konqueror browser, right-click the mountpoint, select the 'properties' menu item.
