How to determine partition size for /home, for OS reinstall, from available space?

I have a server, that is currently live and running Ubuntu Server 18.04, but I'd like to reinstall the OS. I'll be doing all this via web panel. The server has 4x2TB drives that I will run in software raid 0. Prior to reinstalling I'm able to specify what partitions I want and their size (in MB). As it stands I'll be doing 15GB for root, 4GB swap and I want the rest for /home. How can I, through commands or otherwise, figure out what the remaining free space is, in MB, for use in the /home partition?

Here's a pic of the panel for good measure. Just in case it's relevant, the server will be used as a non critical file server. Disk performance is paramount, I'm not concerned about data loss. Again, not sure if relevant, from the panel's rescue mode section I'm able to use the GRML Linux Rescue Image or FreeBSD Rescue Image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I still have no idea how to do this properly. However, the server reseller told me how to do it through their web panel. Instead of specifying a size on the /home partition, I just input * to use all remaining space.
