Question How to detect usb mouse in RHCE 3

I just installed rhce 3 in a hp desktop alongwith winxp. My mouse is not detectecting after the installation. I have created partitioned as per standerds & Selected everything while installation. Can someone please help me with this urgently?

output of the following.

Check to see if the system can see the mouse attached

lsmod | grep usb
Check the proper modules are loaded for a usb mouse.
