how to create some users that can have their own homepage in suse linux 9.3?
 

I have created some users in suse linux 9.3.

I want to make them:
- able to view their homepage (via lan) like this:
xxx.xx.xxx.xxx/~someuser
where xxx.xx.xxx.xxx = is my ip address

- able to upload their data via (lan) ftp.

- restricted to certain hardisk space (x MB).

What is the easiest way to do this?

What I have done result in
some user inability to view their homepage.
message: access denied etc.
