How to Create our own linux OS on top of ubunbtu


I need a workaround to create our own OS on top of ubuntu.

ok, seriously, what do you expect anyone to answer to that?
i will assume there's some kind of help you want from the forums, but you don't specify anything.
please read the question guidelines (first link in my signature).

in any case, i cannot help but wonder why one of the hundreds of already existing ubuntu derivates is not good enough.
