Smile How to create more than one partition in redhat linux setup?

I want to create more than one partition beside (/) in redhat linux with ext3 extension

During the install it allows you to create all the partitions you want.
If you've already installed and want to add space you'll need to use either fdisk or lvm commands depending on whether or not you are using logical volumes.
fdisk can be used to create partition if you are not using logical volumes.

I tried fdisk and it worked
but I don't know about LVM
could U please give me a description of LVM if U may

If you were successfull, it means that you probably don't use lvm.
If you want to read on logical volume management (LVM):
