How to Create Dense,grid and Sparse network for MANET In NS-2.33

i want to create topology like sparse,dense and grid in NS-2.33 for MANET.

can anybody help me?

can anybody provide tcl file for this kind of network topology ?

i am working on ZRP protocol in NS-2.33 so i want to create this kind of network please help me
