how to create a collaborative directory

create a collaborative directory /shared/sysmgrs with the following characterstics

1. group ownership of /shared/sysmgrs is sysmgrs
2. files created in /shared/sysmgrs automatically should have group ownership set to sysmgrs group
3. the directory should be readable,writable,accessable only to the members of sysmgrs

That's basic permission set up if you don't want anything out of the ordinary. Have a look at this page which explains it in very easy terms.
