How to connect Internet

I want to connect to Internet but when I can't make connection. It warn I haven't install Lisa and I upgrade but I can't upgrade. Please help me. How to configue network to connect Internet.

You need to give a little more detail. Update your profile with the Distro you are using, as it makes it easier for us to help.
You need to tell us more about about the isp service you have. e.g. cable, broadband (pppoe or pppoa) and what the method of connection to the provider is.

I use Fedora 5 and protocols PPPOE

There is probably a pppoe configration tool under networking on your desktop. To do this manually you need to read the manual for your modem/router. Generally they work using dhcp so by setting your ethernet card to dhcp to pick up a lease you would then be able to connect to the router and then you can set it up using the details provided by your isp. I have not used pppoe as the systems in the UK use pppoa and my router connects automatically to the system.
