How to configure the Software Update in Suse 8.2

Hi Folks,

I just tried to alter the settings for software installation from DVD to any server (for example: I tried to insert this in the Software Source Media Mask in the yast manager but I did not succeed!

Anybody knows another server or the right way how to insert this one?

Please help...

careful with slashes in here

Try to insert this way:
Folder: pub/suse/i386/8.2/
But be sensible with the slashes - especially the last one is needed (it is an existing directory, no link)!

By the way - this kind of update will need some time - but it works ;-)

best of luck & regards
