how to configure dhcp server


hi,

how to configure dhcp server in fedora 4. In my cpu i have to network card
3com lan card with ip address 192.168.0.2. which is local ip on my localnetwork.
other lan card which i wireless card is connect to internet.
plz somebody tell my how to configure my 3com card as dhcp server.
i also check dhcpd.conf and man dhcpd.conf
