how to configure bttv on Slackware 12.0 to watching TV?
Hello, people.
I have a problem configuring the bttv driver for watching TV. Hardware information for my motherboard: http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?f...0&maincat_no=1 I have a PCI TV Tuner Card - PixelView Play TV Pro 2: http://www.prolink.com.tw/ I already know from that source: http://tldp.org/HOWTO/BTTV/modprobe.html that I must use modprobe bttv card=37, because it is not automatically recognizable on boot. The problem is errors when I try modprobe tuner type= with whatever number: WARNING: Error inserting i2c_core (/lib/modules/2.6.21.5-smp/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.ko): Invalid module format FATAL: Error inserting tuner (/lib/modules/2.6.21.5-smp/kernel/drivers/media/video/tuner.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) |
