how to compose rdiff-backup command-line?

I want backup 6directories of my to /backup of
I connected two boxes through ssh - scp somthing

6directories of my
some of /etc

It's so difficult in making command_line rdiff-backupb.
My problem is this command is one sentence for crontab.

Any helpful comment would be appreciated.

Something like this ought to work...Really you would be much better off just give separate commands though.

rdiff-backup --include /var/www/html --include /opt --include /home --include /root --include /prgs/work_place --include /etc --exclude '**' /
You could also just make an included directory list named include-list such as:

And then format your string like this:

rdiff-backup --include-filelist include-list --exclude '**' /
