prakash0106, I've moved your post to a thread of its own. A port is opened when a process listens on it (it is closed when nothing is listening). So the answer to your question is: You close a port by stopping whatever process is listening on it.

we want open port 80 (http)
we can using /etc/init.d/httpd start
or /etc/init.d/httpd stop

If you mean closing/opening ports in the firewall - use gufw to configure what you want.

prakash0106, AFAICT, your question has already been answered. You open a port by making a process listen on it. You close a port by making sure nothing is listening on it. Nmap has nothing to do with any of this, other than it's a tool you can use to make sure the port in question appears as open or closed.
