Lightbulb How to check whether SD write line is busy?


I am working on a linux based modem. On a particular trigger from outside environment, Some data is being written into SD card inside the modem through ethernet. I need to track this trigger in modem. Can anybody please help , how to find the sd card write is happening in linux?

For a specific question like that, you need to GIVE US SPECIFICS! Details of modem (Make/Model), are we dial up, usb, network, or embedded? Distro, how are yopu addressing it, language you're programming in, and anything relevant.

You have to have the source code for that modem product, and then you have to read it to interpret what it is doing.

Another option is to put a scope on the SD write line and measure when it is active.
