I have RH9 and I installed windowmaker, I wanted to change window manager...Before Im able select window manager under RH7.1 but in RH9 its quite complicated any idea?
I don't know how to do it through the gui, but on my Debian system it's controlled via a .xsession file in my home directory. The last line in the file starts the window manager. In my case it's "exec fluxbox" since I run fluxbox. Maybe it's something similar for RH9.
As I recall, on Red Hat 9, as on Red Hat 8, there is a Session menu item at the bottom of the graphical login page. That allows you to change window managers. Do you have the option in Red Hat 9?
