How to change Russian language in Centos 6.2


Hi all

I had installed operating system in english.But i have to change language to russian after installation of opertaing system ,Can anyone help me how can I enable russian language in centos 6.2

system-config-language i set language to russian .BUT IT NEVER WORKS

I've never heard of that bug. You could try

1. Changing the language at the log-in screen; I think it will ask you if you want the new one made the default.

2. Change /etc/sysconfig/i18n to read
LANG="ru_RU.utf8"

PS Make sure you have support for Russian installed
yum groupinstall "Russian Support"
