How to change Location from Command line?

Dear all,

I installed Centos 6.4 on virtualbox for testing and studying. After installed I noticed that the location is not correct. I mean my current location is Singapore, but in the machine, the location is Boston. I can change after login from GUI. What i want to know is can i change it from cli?
I attached the picture, pls take a look.

What you're looking to change is your Time Zone.

You could try running tzselect, it's an interactive command-line application. I believe it links or copies the appropriate time zone definition file (a binary file) from /usr/share/zoneinfo/ to /etc/localtime.
