How to change kicker colour?

I have just installed a colour theme on kde 3.3 on suse 9.2. It works on menus and window borders etc but not on the kicker on botton o screen?

The panel is a seperate entity and has to be changed seperately. Although it appears on the desktop, it isn't really a part of it, it just looks that way. You can either apply a theme that changes everything including the panel or simply alter the appearance of the panel manually.

if u want to apply this colour theme to panel , then right click on it and choose its option there will be an option to apply colour sheme to it

NOTE : sorry i dont remember its exact location right now as i at work now using windows ;(
