How to change default black KDE system color?

Ok, this is the case. I made a nice dark scheme in kde to work with graphics. Everything is fine but there is one small problem. There seems to be a default system color or something like that what KDE doesnt show in Control Panel. I set all the test blue in control panel. But still I find that it uses black color in some cases. For example when I use gimp..all those menus are with black text..maya hotbox menu and some text fields too. I am running KDE 3.1.13..default version what comes with redhat 9.
Thank you....
