How to boot RedHat W/ Windows

I installed redhat and windows xp in dual boot envi but unable to boot redhat properly. Is there anyway i can boot redhat while in windows? Is there any application that will let me do this?

Hmm, you more or less can't, though I have seen programs that claim they can boot the linux kernel in windows I haven't read much about them.

However I read your other post and I don't know a fix to your problem, sorry.

I am running RedHat and Windows XP on this computer flawlessly... :-\

dual boot does not mean that u can boot linux while ur using windows.
when you first power-up your machine, dont you see a selection asking you which OS you want to boot into? im thinking that something is not configured properly (grub, for you since thats the default RH boot loader).

did you do the installation of the two systems on your own?
did you install windows first, and then RH, or vice-versa?

Use a Redhat boot disk? Simple but works for me.

The only way to boot redhat within windows, or windows within redhat, is with a pc86 emulator. u can use something like bochs or plex86 (try on google) or simialar, but is too slow. and it doesn't like your solution. you could also try using lilo, or a different boot loader if the bootdisk option gets anoying..

User freindliness is actually a bug in the programing....
