How To Boot A Multi Hard Drive System

okay I have two hard drive one with XP and the other with linux how do I get it so that an option come up as to which one I boot into instead of having to go into bios all the time??

You will need a program called a bootloader - It is booted first and lets you choose which OS to boot. I would recommend GRUB but LILO is another option. I'm afraid I don't know how you would configure either of them for 2 drives, but it should be easy enough. There are plenty of documentation and tutorials out there if you google.
