Angry how to .......boot ?

I want to install windows xp....2003...etc and linux,freebsd....etc.
multiple os in each different hard drives that i have in the same pc.

but, i want to direct boot for my winxp, win 2003.
and boot floopy disk only for unix,linux and without even touch my hda MBR..................!!!!
just incert a floopy disk and boot up my selected linux os.
when i want to play windows. i should remove the floopy disk and direct boot from bios.

what boot manager and files should i get ? and how to install, configer the boot disk.

i have aec-6280 ata-133 hd controllers for 4 hard disks only for linux.
and orginal ata-100 interface for my 2 windows os.

Just install windows as usual,
and for linux, when asked how to install the bootloader, tell it to install it on his own disk, not on the first disk.
After that you should make a bootfloppy.. How you do this depends on your distro, it is usually asked at setup if you want a bootfloppy or not.

M.U.D.; um got a complex setup, beyond this newby, in essence u have 2 pc
systems in one. need to be on forum with hardware and system installs for
better information. unless newbie,s whom have been around may be able to give good advice.
