Question How to autostart a script on booting

Hi

I am pretty new in Linux. I have written a simple script which runs fine. However, I want it to run automatically on booting linux. I have include in in /etc/init.d/rc5.d/ folder but nothing happens. Maybe I am copying it in the wrong place. I am using SUSE 7.3

Thanks in advance

Standard scripts run only thosefiles from rc.?.d directories that begin with 'S' or 'K'. Change your script name and it should be OK.
