How to analyze slownness of website?


The TJMaxx (www.tjmaxx.com) and Marshalls (www.marshallsonline.com) websites are running slow. Someone suggested me analyzing that with tool through website http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
anyone who can help me how can i really identify why tjmaxx is more slower than marshalls.

maybe it's slow, i'm not really sure. maybe because it's two different servers and their load is different too.

You will need to have admin control on both servers at least for the given websites. Then examine the http logs to find out which page or script is given the problem.
