How to add Windows to grub menu

I have 2 hard drives, one for Windows and another for Linux. I just did a re-install of my Linux system and it seems I messed something up.

If I boot the Windows disk, I go straight to Windows, if I boot the Linux disk I go to Grub which only offers me to boot Linux.

My disks:
```
Device Start End Sectors Size Type
/dev/nvme0n1p1 2048 1023999 1021952 499M Windows recovery environment
/dev/nvme0n1p2 1024000 1228799 204800 100M EFI System
/dev/nvme0n1p3 1228800 1261567 32768 16M Microsoft reserved
/dev/nvme0n1p4 1261568 976771071 975509504 465.2G Microsoft basic data
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/sda1 * 2048 104859647 104857600 50G 83 Linux
/dev/sda2 104859648 146802687 41943040 20G 82 Linux swap / Solaris
/dev/sda3 146802688 468862127 322059440 153.6G 83 Linux
```

I have read that on Ubuntu this can be solved with `os-prober` and `update-grub` but `os-prober` does not give me any output.

I just want to be able to choose which OS to boot, instead of having to change the boot drive every time I want to switch. Appreciate any help!

I can't remember if os-prober gives output - after you run os-prober, run update-grub, bounce the box and you should be good.

EDIT - you also have to have ntfs-3g (not sure package name) installed on your Linux distro for this to work.
