How to add shutdown under system toolbar

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04, and I like to logout or shutdown or restart my system with system->shutdown just as in Fedora, but it's not there. How can I add this, the only way that I have been using is through the terminal or Crtl-Alt-D, which doesn't has Logout option but Hibernate. I need help.

You would basically add a menu entry for 'shutdown -r now', what file that would be varies WM to WM.

The usual way is to click your username, and hit Shut Down in the resulting menu.
