How to add db_load utility?

Hi all,

I am new in Embedded systems and I am trying to configure vsftpd for my board.

I wanna add virtual users and then set a passwod for them.
So I need to use db_load utility for for converting the login.txt (text) file into database (.db) file.

For this reason I want db_load utility which is supported by vsftpd.
But my embedded system doesnt have this command inbiult.

So how can I compile this command on my board..??

My whole task depends on this..
So please help to get me out of this.

Thanks for the suggestions in advance.
