If you want to create an icon that will let you open Konquor in su mode, open the KDE Control Center click on "Desktop" than on "Panels" the third tab should be "Menus" click on it and find the "Edit K Menu" button. Add a new icon (Ctrl + N) the command should be "konqueror" and there should be a check box that says "Run as a Different user" click on it save your settings close the control center and find the new icon in your K Menu, when you click on it it should pop open a dialog box asking you for your root password, after thats entered click ok and you should get a Konqueror window with root rights.

Not exactly CL but if, like me you find you need Konqueror with root access quite a bit this is much nicer than logging into root all the time
