How ro resize LVM partition

I have raid 5 with LVM. I want to add a disk to resize an LVM partition.Kindly help me to do this.My OS is Linux 5.3

If you are adding a new disk the steps (roughly) are

0. BACKUP(!)
1. pv new disk
2. add to relevant vg
3. add to / extend LV
4. resize fs
