USB drive is probably easiest. Try using the program unetbootin which is made specifically for this type of endeavor.

Fedora used to offer a floppy network install option. Dunno if that is still out there.

Basically you need either a current system or a way to boot to some device. If you have network or usb then either can be used.

See pendrivelinux.com for ways to make a usb from fedora. (other ways exist too)

See http://www.netboot.me/browse/install/linux/fedora/ if you want to use gpxe to install an OS over the network.

Could setup another computer to act as pxe or gpxe or iscsi to load this one from.

Could (in most cases) remove hd and put in other computer to load.
