How do you move between programs inside of a Virtual Box?

Hiya,

Just to be clear: not Guest to Host, but Host to Host. Meaning, If I'm using program "A" and need to switch to program "B" inside the confines of a Virtual Box, how do you do that? (Both programs are already up and running.)

I've tried the ALT-Tab key combination. It had no effect on manipulating the Linux programs inside of the VB. Works for Windows though...

Thanks.

What do mean by host to host within VirtualBox.

If I understand the question task switching depends on the desktop

What distribution/Verison are you running?

I think the OP is saying that maybe he has two full screen programs running on some client. When he attempts to switch programs using a key combination the host takes shortcut instead of the client. https://askubuntu.com/questions/2202...-while-in-vbox Should still work.
