How do you change the 'Open with'?

I'm having two problems with 'Open With':

1st:
I want to open jrxml's with iReport, but when I do;
'Open With' > 'Other Application'
it says 'Remember this application for "XML document" files'
...and offcourse I don't want to open .xml files but only .jrxml files with iReport
- How can I make iReport the default application for only the .jrxml files?

2nd:
I probably changed the installation directory of iReport.
So i can select ireport from the list of known applications, but it tries to open '/home/eigenaar/Programmeer/iReport-3.7.1/bin/ireport'
and that should be
'/home/eigenaar/Programmeer/IReport/bin/ireport'
- How can I change this?

(I use Ubuntu 10.04)

You can add or change this manually in the hidden folder
type in a terminal: gedit ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
