how do u play cd's in simplymepis 6

Have just started using mepis and can't get my cds to play on it. the sound seems to be workin for system sound effects and such but when i try to play a cd either the media player (kaffiene or amorak) errors or it play and no sound comes out??

you may not have propiratry codecs installed (many distros ship without thease for legal (dmca) reasons)

just install thease and it shoudl work,

sorry that i can say how but i have no experiance of simplymepis
