He has to uninstall linux first.
It could be done in this order:
1. Buy a floppy disk with a password at eBay.
2. Send your password to linux distribution manager, he will open access to the site where your linux was downloaded from.
3. Upload your linux file-by-file to the site. You have to use 'mv' command for upload, not 'cp'.
4. Once you remove your linux, follow the steps described above.

P.S.
Steps 1 and 2 in previous post should be swapped

I don't think anyone here knows your password either. There are quite a number of people here who know a lot about windows but the information you posted doesn't really make a lot of sense, more specifics on what you have actually tried. If you want help on installing windows 8, you should go to the microsoft site or to a windows forum. If you have already tried the suggestion posted in post #2 above, you need to indicate what happened.

You don't "uninstall" operating systems the way you do applications. Simply format the partition on which you have whatever Linux you installed which you should certainly be able to do with your windows flash.

No, nothing needs to be "uninstalled". The windows installer will happily reformat the hard disk.

Feel like I may be feeding a troll.

Hmmm, might be talking about a boot/bios password.
(There are utilities to do this.)
