How do I stup FTP with Suse 10 & KDE ?

I have Suse 10 with the KDE desktop installed on my machine.
I have Apache 2.0 web server running and a static IP Address on my computer's network card so that it is acting as a server and HTTP is working fine. Now all I need to do is to setup FTP.

I am new to this. All I need now is to setup FTP. Can anyone please explain to me how to setup FTP with Suse 10 and KDE ? Any help would be appreciated.

You can find the SuSE 10 Linux Reference here: (click View PDF to download, 11.7 MB)

It doesn't seem to say much about setting up a FTP or TFTP server, other than to boot target systems for installation by network.

Beware: If you are not familiar with setting up servers, you are probably also not familiar with securing them. You are probably creating a huge security risk for your system.
