How do I Setup DNS
 

I just Bought Fedora Core 1, I went to the GUI for Domain Name System, setup DNS, Purchased a domain name, waited 1-week, does anyone know what the trick is to make it work ?

I gana find out it also... How does it works...? I register a domain name by paying them right? for example www.names4ever.com. So i owned that name. I login to their admin control panel and "manage name server" it's showing ns1.abac.com and ns2.abac.com is that my name server? how do "they" know I own that domain and I want it to point to my linux box? :confused: how?

I've got it pointing to my name server's IP Address, that is no problem at all, My Problem is that I download the root hints, then use the GUI for the name server, for some reason it is not working, what am I not doing, or doing wrong ? One more thing, I also notice no input to the DNS files from the GUI, I don't know what to do at this point.
