How Do I Setup a Zoom 3 Router

I have a Sagem USB and a Zoom 3 Router at the moment can't connect to internet through my sagem modem, so I would like to try the router that I have, but I have NEVER used a Router so I don't know how I would go about setting one up. I need someone to show me Step-by-Step in what to do. Thank you.

I'm using Mandriva 2005 LE, I must State I am very very new to linux.

What I do have is my connection details which include: Primary DNS Server; Secondary DNS Server; Optional tertiary DNS server; Static IP and Netmask.

Router or not you still need the modem to connect and communicate with a computer in order to route via ethernet. There are Linux drivers for Sagem modems that are supplied by eagle-usb . There will be drivers for Mandrake which should install fairly painlessly. Follow the documentation carefully.
if you still have problems there are a number of connexant based adsl modem/routers available that are very cheap and easy to use with Linux. Here is an example.
