How do I set up Frostwire or gtk-gnutella on a eee pc

I have just purchased an asus eee pc. I have downloaded forstwire-4.1.7.1.noarch.rpm and gtk-gnutella-0.96.6.tar.bz2 into my documents. I have surfed the web for hours looking for an answer but with no luck. Can someone please provide step by step instructions on how I know get either one of these programs to run on my computer.

Hi Alan,

Thank you. I bought an Asus EEEPC 701sd/linux. I believe it has a custom linux system based on Xandros....very frustrating.

Well you'll need java runtime environment, you can get it here.
Then install Frostwire.I believe that you can use:
Code:
rpm -i forstwire-4.17.1.noarch.rpm
Just be in the directory where you saved the file.
