How do I remap keys?

Hi,

I'm learning Russian and I'll need access to the Russian keyboard for typing out assignments etc.

I'm using US English as my primary layout and I've already added Russian as secondary and selected the "phonetic" layout, but I noticed in the "phonetic" layout certain characters are missing.

How can I add/change characters in that "phonetic" keyboard layout?

- SuSE 8.2
- KDE 3.1.1

Thanks!

//Canon
