How do I play a directx based game in linux
 
How do I play a game that uses directx in linux? I got the game to install using wine, but when I go to play it, it tells me that I need directx.

Guild Wars. It tried to init the 3d graphics, then errors out

Well from what I was able to gather, it looks like the game is supported by Transgaming's Cedega. You can look here for getting it to work:

Transgaming also offers a cvs version of Cedega if you don't want to pay, but I have to tell ya it's relatively cheap.
