How do I open uif. files

Hi I am stuck on trying to open an uif. file. I think I know what it stands for universal image format. I am using windows in virtualbox for 3ds max and I received some templates to use but they are in uif and I can not open them. Any suggestions?
Thank you

This might help. http://filext.com/file-extension/UIF

It appears to be some kind of proprietary disk image format associated with these folks: http://www.magiciso.com/

Thank you
Its more of windows crap that you have to buy in order to use. I think I'll just toss the file away and find another one.
Again thanks
