Question how do i mount a usb cdrw?


Hi, yet again. I'm completely lost..
I have a usb-ide plug. set up a cdrw, all set up nicely..
but i dont know how to mount it.
any help's appreciated,

try this:

mount -t iso9660 /dev/sda1 <mnt_pt>

I would try using /dev/scd0

mount -t iso9660 /dev/scd0 /mnt/cdrw

Make sure that /mnt/cdrw exists.

it didn't work with either of those, i got "special device /dev/sda1 does not exist" and same with scd0

okay, i switched to console mode, unplugged and replugged the drive. it said it was sr0, so i'll try mounting that.
