how do i limit a folders size?

okay, i'm setting up my webserver using fedora and i'm working on hosting for a few friends as well. my question is, how do i limit a users disk space to say 50MB or whatever i might set it to? i have a feeling it has to do with quota, but i cant figure out how to use quota.. so if somebody could help me with the syntax it would be much apreciated.

/me ==

Quota is what you are looking for. However I never used it so I am not of much use :P
