How do I install ISPConfig


Hi all,

I want to uninstall ispconfig. according the instructions there is an uninstall file in /root/ispconfig/ thst u use.

On my installation the uninstallfile isnt there so how do i uninstall ISPConfig.

Did you install it from source (.tar or .bz) or using your distro's package manager?

I installed it as part of the ISPConfig-2.2.24.tar.gz.

In that case the uninstall script has to be in /root/ispconfig/. Did you cd into the directory and have a look?

yes i cd into it and also had a look thru file browser.

the only file is dist.inc.php.

Go into that directory again and do ls, then copy and paste the output to this thread.

Have you tried running the uninstall script in the install_ispconfig folder?

where is that it seems to have disappeared. maybe it gets deleted as part of the installation routine.

just had a look at the log and the last cmd is delete install dir.

Unpack the .tar.gz again and you should see it.
